The I N T E R P L A N begins with Mr. Paiboon Vasanasilp, the company’s founder. He started his apprenticeship at age of 24.
Even at this young age, he recognized that the industry was filled with mediocrity. In many cases, success relied more on close relationshipsand subcontracting rather than on the craftsmanship of well-made furniture—true quality was lacking.
Determined to change this, We developed a strong belief in the importance of Q U A L I T Y — the missing ingredient in the industry.
He believed that true quality could only be achieved by keeping production in-house rather than relying on subcontracting. This commitmentled him on a lifelong mission to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to set himself apart from other craftsmen.
He also believed in sharing this principle—a continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence—with those around him.
His dedication quickly became a source of inspiration, encouraging others to strive for higher standards and greater achievements.
With this background, Mr. Paiboon Vasanasilp started his own business in a one-story commercial building,
assembling a team of talented and enthusiastic craftsmen who shared his belief in high-quality work.
