The “Interplan” story begins with “Mr.Paiboon Vasanasilp” the founder of the company. Him starting his apprenticeship at the age of 24 year old.

Even at this younge age , He realized that the industry was full of mediocrity. In many cases , Success relied on close relationship and the sub-contracting of job. But not on well-made furniture true quality was lacking.

And so, “Mr.Paiboon Vasanasilp” developed strong believe in striving for that crucial missing ingredient – qulity. By beliveing that quality will be achieved by keeping production in house and nit by sub-constracting., a life long mission to accumulate the necessary knowledge and skills has been instilled in order to differenceiate him self from the many craftman around him.

He belive in sharing this principle of a continuing quest for knowledge and quality with people around him. He quickly became a catalyst to inspire others with the desire to achieve higher goals.
